My new ipad pro 6 won’t update past 16.0
My new Ipad Pro 6 keeps saying ipados 16.0 is up to date.
I don’t have an apple laptop to connect it to
iPad Pro, 12.9-inch, 6th Gen, Wi-Fi

Open Settings, go into VPN & Device Management, remove the beta profile, restart the unit, and run Software Update again. If there isn't one, check that it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.
