My two factor authentication code is not working and I don’t have my backup codes

My Instagram two factor code I set up is no longer working and I don’t have my back up codes

Instagram is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Instagram Help Center

Tap Security, then tap Two-Factor Authentication. Tap Get Started at the bottom. Tap Recovery Codes, then tap Get New Codes. Keep in mind that you must be logged in to your Instagram account to access the list of recovery codes or get a new list.
