My iPhone is iPhone6 and didn’t update more than 12.5.6 how can i update it to iOS 16

The iPhone 6 cannot be updated beyond iOS version 12.5.6 which you have already installed. The iPhone 6 does not have the hardware necessary to run higher versions of iOS efficiently. You will need an iPhone 8 or newer to install and run iOS version 16.
