Cannot Update To iPadOS 16
I have not been able to update my ipad mini 5 to iPadOS 16 as the prompt is not showing anywhere

The iPad mini4 does not support iPadOS16. Both the iPad mini4 and iPad Air2 can only be updated to iPadOS 15.7.1.
iPadOS16.x is available for these models of iPad:
- iPad Pro (all models)
- iPad Air (3rd generation and later)
- iPad (5th generation and later)
- iPad mini (5th generation and later)
