Why is "cap" not working in dictation?

I am re-posting this question. The post above was in March 2022 but seems to have not had enough responses so I was pointed towards reposting it again.

I am visually impaired and dictation is very important to me. I spent about an hour yesterday researching why saying "cap" does not result in the the next word being capitalized.

The other dictation commands seem to be working but not this. Maybe what I need to do is just say FROM now on. There I just said the words all and caps.

But when I say the command cap dictation, the result was FAIL, as you can see.
