Unable to receive email from Comcast Server
This was posted back in 2021, but has been closed due to inactivity.
I was unable to receive email on my Iphone using my Comcast account. The tips of shutting down, restarting, deleting my email account and setting up again were all to no avail.
What the problem was is I had just recently renewed my subscription to Norton 360, and one of the devices covered was my phone. The VPN in the Norton 360 on my phone was causing me to not be able to RECEIVE emails. I was able to send.
As soon as I deleted the Norton app from my phone, peace and harmony was restored in my Iphone email.
