How do i block sexually explicit ads from playing in games that are rated safe for children?

i was playing a game rated 12 when an ad played an explicit animation. furious that i was shown this and want to block it from happening again for myself and for my children. how do i block explicit ads embedded in games

Apple probably cannot help with this one, but it would not hurt to report the game to them since it might be violation of what is claimed for the game.

Another option might be to contact the developers of the game(s) to voice your objections. The games should at least provide some kind of parental controls to allow control of content this is and is not allowed.
