Working on a Word document on my iPad Pro that was on autosave and it did not save revisions

I opened up a document to work on around noon my time that was on autosave. I spent 4 and a half hours working on the document and I backed out of the document to reference another word document. When I opened the document I was working on back up, it reverted back to the document I had before I spent over 4 hours on it. It says it was last autosave at 12:19pm.

Is there a way to get my work back? I mean it was on autosave!!!!!
