So, I forgot the passcode to my screen time on my phone, so I looked up how to reset it, and it brought me here to Apple support where it gave me directions to click forgot passcode. So did that and entered my Apple ID and password, and all my information was correct so I pressed done but then it did not give me the option to change my screen time it just added another “failed passcode attempt” Please help.

It sounds like you were able to follow the steps to reset your Screen Time passcode from If you forgot your Screen Time passcode, but you did not get the option to change the passcode. If you haven't already, restart your iPhone. This will restart currently running processes. Once iPhone is back on, perform the reset steps again.
1. Go to Settings > Screen Time.
2. Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again.
3. Tap Forgot Passcode?
4. Enter the Apple ID and password* that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode.
5. Enter a new Screen Time passcode, then enter it again to confirm.

If this continues, contact Apple Support to investigate the issue.
