Issues unlocking my new iPhone

I bought an iPhone 14 at AT&T, on September 9th, I paid the full amount, I tried to unlock it, they told me I would have to wait 60 days, I waited the 60 days, and I'm 5 days away from unlocking it but I can't, did anyone have problems unlocking it?

Have you tried restoring the phone with iTunes after the time AT&T asks you to wait? In my experience, that was a necessary part of finishing the unlock of a phone. When you restore with iTunes, you should receive a screen that confirms that the iPhone is unlocked. And now with the latest iOS, you will also see in Settings>General>About>Carrier Lock>if unlocked, it should display No SIM restrictions.
