I didn’t have any issue on my billing due to I’m not our share any app but when I download any app I get the below message and it can’t download any app , need your support pls

Based on your country of residence and country you have selected under your Apple ID --> Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple ...
Have you a Debit/Credit card that is issued to you that is valid internationally and is from the same Country / Region as your Apple ID.

Know it here --> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes ...

I can’t using my iPhone because this issue and taking many days not fixed until now , even if I added my credit card but issue not solved

Never post a screenshot with any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, Mac Address, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, gift card code, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.
I changed my credit card but until now declined and didn’t fixed the issue
