Apple passwords

Looking at my iPhone 13 I can see that apple seems to think I have 3 passwords as it’s asking me to change the following:-

All to the same email, my question is why?

i thought I had 1 password that I change regularly

For the sake of my sanity I just need to use 1 password with apple products

i have accepted the different unlocks for Mac, IPad ITunes and IPhone but it’s starting to get silly now needing to carry a diary full of passwords to use these services.

I have been sucked in once to these password requirement changes and found it a nightmare as one apple service then would not recognise the update on another apple service, ITunes via PC seems to be the main culprit.

Help please all I want to use is the 1 password, if that’s not possible then apple does become unusable for me.

Any simple words of wisdom appreciated
