MacBook Air (M1, 2020) external display randomly reconnects

My external display disconnects randomly. It keeps disconnected, then reconnects after up to ~5 seconds. Out of the blue, no rule to it whatsoever.

Laptop:

  • macOS Monterey 12.6.1
  • MacBook Air (M1, 2020)
  • Chip Apple M1
  • Memory 16 GB

Display:

Settings:

  • Brightness: 60/100
  • Contrast: 60/100
  • Colour Profile: Colour LCD

Cable:

https://allegro.pl/oferta/kabel-adapter-przejsciowka-usb-typ-c-3-1-do-hdmi-9536865040

Spec:

  • USB-C to HDMI
  • USB-C 10GBP/s
  • FullHD
  • USB-C "Reversible" function

When I run:

sudo dmesg

I can see that there's a weird activity of IOAccessoryTRM. It runs multiple times, please take a look.

[  924.555819]: IOAccessoryTRM::_handleNotificationGated(): Handling Attach/Detach/AccessoryDetected/ConfigChange/USBConnectChange notification... (m_mgrPrimaryPortID: 1)

I'm also attaching the full dmesg log.

I don't know what to do with this, it makes my work unbearable, because when it disconnects all windows on my 13 mission control desktops mix-up, and I need to arrange them again.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6
