It appears I cancelled auto renewal on a subscription when I actually wanted a refund. How can I fix that to request a refund for a subscription I didn't meant to have?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
