Unable to access paid for app on new iPad
I paid for an annual subscription to Elevate last spring (April 2022), but have been unable to access this app since purchasing a new iPad in September. I even tried paying to another annual subscription today (saw it was on sale), but I was still inable to fully access this app, as it told me a subscriber (me, I think) already subscribed. How can I again gain access with my new iPad?
