iPhone 12 plus terrible build quality

I’ve seen many people have had similar problems, I just wonder if anyone has had any success with Apple themselves.

lonf and short of it, I’ve had a 12+ for about a year, after two months I noticed the phone had gone banana shape and I had done absolutely nothing to damage the phone. I went to an Apple store and despite the above fact I was treated like crap by a rude member of staff and basically told I must’ve bent my phone like I’m the hulk or something. Just now my back screen has spontaneously shattered, surely from a side effect of this. Frankly disappointed, as I’ve used iPhones for the last 12 years, I won’t be getting another one.

On a side note, it’s shocking that safari won’t properly function with apples own website, I can’t see what I’m typing because as soon as I touch the keyboard it scrolls way down. Come on Apple.
