The VPN client agent was unable to create the client DNS plugin manager.
I keep getting this error after every 10s and makes all my other apps inactive.

Try disabling /un-installing the VPN and compare your results.
For third party—if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates/uninstaller
