Software Update 16.1.1 unable to continue

My issue’s resolved using itune to update. Need to put iPhone on restore mode by push volume up, volume down and then hold power button until restore icon shows up. I give the credit to one of the post on YouTube. Hope this help you too if you haven’t got it resolved

My question is about the new 16.1.1 also. It’s a brand new iPhone and it took forever for everything to download from iCloud. The new software had been downloaded in this process and I now have to agree or disagree with the conditions. Problem is the conditions are in Portuguese . And I cant use my iPhone at all until I agree. If I disagree cause I can’t read the conditions then it cycles me back to the agree or disagree page. I’m locked out of my phone if I disagree!!! Yes I could solve part of this problem if I agree but the stubborn part of me says no, I should be allowed to disagree and use my iPhone.
