I have all voice control and “Siri” turned off, yet it still triggers by its self at random times; why?

this issue may be the result of the power button being held down. This normally happens when the phone is wedged into a place such as a cup holder ect. If this issue persists contact apple support. Thanks for the question, hope this answer helps!
