I just updated too the latest update now my Home Screen wallpaper is foggy

We'd like to help you find the best solution for your Wallpaper. It sounds like you have the Blur effect enabled for the Home Screen. This would happen if using the same photo as your Lock Screen by default. Looking over Change the wallpaper on your iPhone - Apple Support can help with showing how to use this new feature. If you prefer a straight forward explanation, you can go to Settings > Wallpaper, and tap on the one that is blurred on the right, and tap customize and disabled Blue. We hope this is what you were referring to. Let us know if not, and share some more details.
