You might be able to unlock the phone without a computer.....IF.....you have installed iOS 15.2 or higher on the phone. If you try the instructions below and they do not work, you probably don't have iOS 15.2 or higher installed on the phone.

You will have to find a computer as detailed in If you forgot your iPhone passcode. That article states:

"If you don't have a computer and you can't borrow one, you need to go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help."
