Hi, i signed in my ipad to icloud and the contacts logo is not showing, so there is no way to see my contacts. When i open icloud in my pc the contacts icon is there and i can access my contacts.

Are you able to sign into iCloud on your iPad? Using these steps, and if so do you see your contacts? Sign in to iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support
1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name].
If you don’t see [your name], tap “Sign in to your [device],” then enter your Apple ID and password.
2. Do one of the following:
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap iCloud, then turn on each app or feature you want to use. Tap Show All to see more apps.
iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Tap iCloud, then turn on each app or feature you want to use.

I have same problem.contacts icon appears on my windows PC when I log on to iCloud but are not there when I logon to iCloud on iPad or IPhone. Has anyone resolved this problem. Solutions given by Apple help do not work.
As the screenshot I posted above indicates, you can no longer view or edit contacts on iCloud.com using an iPhone or iPad. For some reason you must now use a desktop browser (Mac or PC).
Unfortunately, Apple chose to remove the Contacts icon from the iCloud Home page, leaving users (like us) wondering why it’s missing. They could have left the icon and then shown the “must use desktop browser” message when the user tapped it. A poor user interface decision in my opinion.
When I go to http://icloud.com/contacts running Safari on an iPad Mini 4 v15.7.2 and iPad Pro v16.2 I get this screen:
Same exact problem on Ipad Pro. i have assured settings are as you indicate but it does not correct the problem.
