I see. That is either (A.)part of the image, or (B.)is a layer in the HTLM code. So, three things here:

• COMPUTER: Right-Click > select: Open the image in a new tab

• MOBILE DEVICE: You’d create a new Bookmark and then open the bookmark while in the page, and then search for keywords from within what pops up. My link on how to create such a bookmark: How to: View a Web Page's HTML Code in Plain Text (Courier New) - User Tip

• SCREENSHOT: Copy some of the blue and paste it atop the emblem

You are welcome. Which of the provided options was the solution? Providing that would help many, for certain.
