So I use the Instagram app quite often on my XS Max. Just recently it started having this really weird issue where the bottom buttons of the Instagram app faintly showed up on the bottom of my iPhone screen in the exact same spot where they would be located in the app. Almost like ghost outlines. It is mostly visible with the keyboard pulled up but shows up at all times when my screen is turned on. Really weird.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions to fix this problem?
