unable to login to iCloud on Safari

With the new browser accessible iCloud, I have tried to look at the new design, but although I can log in, I always have the message, "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server." This appears on the Mac or iPad. iCloud apps work and sync perfectly on the respective devices. Safari is turned on in System Settings > iCloud. Has this not yet been rolled out worldwide?

Since you're experiencing this on multiple devices, this leads us to believe it may be related to the network you're connected to. We'd recommend attempting to connect to another completely separate network and see if this issue persists.
