Black Dot ⚫️ on Apple Watch

Hi All,

I have a slight issue with my Apple watch SE. I haven’t used it in a while and when turned on the watch the screen is showing a black dot. I tried putting in the sun, restarting, gently rubbing witha cotton bud but it still doesn’t go away.

kindly if anyone has any idea or been through a similar situation can help me.

thank you in advance for the help.

Hello Nas_123,

Let's start off with a restart of your watch, which could help with this behavior: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support. If that doesn't resolve this issue, check to see if this dot is present on all screens. Possibly try changing the watch face also: Change the watch face on your Apple Watch - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, further assistance may be needed. We want to make sure you reach the right team for help with your watch, so we recommend that you contact Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: Get Support.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities and have a wonderful day.
