Creating photo cards

I'm trying to create a photo card on my iMac and when I click on create card, it takes me to a list of apps to choose from vs allowing me to create the card myself.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Apple closed the Print Products Stores in September 2018, and Photos 4 or later do no longer offer to create print products natively in Photos. We now have to order print products using third party extensions from the App Store, when we want to order cards, calendars, books, prints. If you want to design cards to print them yourself, you may want to try Pages or Keynote.
