Adding a payment method when account is disabled

how can I add a payment method when the account is disabled?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

You will have to address the disabled account issue first. Once that is resolved then you can attempt to add a payment method.

Please start here 👉  If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
