Apple interrupting my attempts to interact on social media and removed all my iPhone contacts

How do I stop Apple from interfering with my iPhone contacts, TikTok, and other Apps and services on my iPhone! Apple always interferes with my interacting by trying to charge me to even use TikTok or other apps. I think maybe my phone have a virus or Apple is being fraudulent. I pay for listening to music when I do but each time, I try to TikTok it tries to charge me. Is that correct? I love Apple and respect the services and pay for services which I'm supposed to pay
