It sounds like you might be having a connection issue with your iPhone and we want to help.
If you haven't already, close the Settings app and restart your iPhone:
Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
Try taking these steps to reset network settings and try to get Wi-Fi working with this update again if you continue having trouble:
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Reconnect Wi-Fi and try again.
