My microphone is not working. Speakerphone button not even allowed on calls. But someone/thing is toggling the microphone randomly. And my screens constantly shift, rearrange and everything on it goes to a shade of gray. Not fading like the screens bad but blocky , choppy and void of color

its only on the the spots I need to access to fix problems. The spot disables the function. any other time that spot works fine. the microphone works whenever the “other app” malfunctions while it is trying to split the Bluetooth between my headset and it’s whatever it is doing.
It sounds like you may have a bad digitizer (the part that registers touches on the display). You'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly at 1-800-MY-APPLE.
