Podcast to MP3 format to load onto Shokz Openswim headphones.

I see others have faced the challenge. I thought I’d be able to download Spotify , ABC podcasts to my new swimming MP3 player.

Many hours later I cannot. Is there a reasonably simple method or site .I’m using a MacBook Pro 2017 macOSMonterey with the software updated if relevant.

I thought the swimming would be the hard part.
