B: It is not "hard to buy" an iPhone 14 Pro Max. What's hard is finding one in stock that's available for purchase.

It's called "supply and demand". Demand for them is outstripping the available supply.

Have a little patience. Things will undoubtedly level out after the holidays.

Then you will have to settle for a different device, unfortunately. The iPhone 14 Pro Max will not arrive before Christmas at this point, and may not even arrive until after the new year.

You can try seeing if your carrier has one available, but between it being a new device, and COVID issues at the factories that produce the devices, plus shipping always takes longer this time of year due to holiday shopping, it's going to be hard to get.

Wait it out

It took me 6 weeks to get my iPhone 14 Pro Max in the mail. It may take the same amount of time for you. So, once ordered, find your order number and contact Apple Support, to track where the order all stands.

As mentioned above --it's a matter of Supply & Demand. Just think of all the metal these are made from, and how much of it is not mine frequently. I'd say it's nothing of Apple's end.
