dual sims need different ring tones & text message notification sounds

I have two sims and I'm looking to be able to tell which one is ringing or which one has an incoming text. It's important because one has unlimited text and talk while the other gets only 20 minutes/texts per month, then I pay for each one. When I get a spam call or text, I can't tell which line it's on without a differentiating sound. I end up wasting money after my limited number of calls is used up by dealing with junk. How can I change the sounds for the different lines so I don't waste money?

You cannot change the sounds that are individual to each SIM. Furthermore, You can suggest this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉Product Feedback - Apple

If I open the SMS to see which line it is, I've just paid for it. When a text message comes in I can't tell which line it's on before I open it. You're right, I can tell on a call, but when it takes me a while to get the phone out, I'm in such a hurry to grab the call, I forget to look. With a different ring tone, I wouldn't even bother taking it out.

Of course, you can differentiate before answering the call without having a different sound (Ringtone). Please see the pic below which is self-explanatory.

Similarly, for SMS also you can see which Conversation line was used to receive the SMS

Open the SMS, tap on the name on the top center > Conversation Line
