Changing wallpaper from the Lock Screen.

I was able to change and customize my wallpaper from the Lock Screen but it is no longer working. I am using iOS 16.1. Any suggestions?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Make sure that your iPhone is unlocked and that you hold down the wallpaper to change it.
