My iphone 7 while charging suddenly caught fire. I'm using an Apple charger. It's really dangerous when it's bedtime for my family with a 7-month-old baby. really scared i had to switch to google pixel.

I would contact Apple. They should want to examine both the charger and remains of the iPhone:

They blow up also. Any device with a Lithium battery has a (small) chance of expanding or catching fire. Samsung had to withdraw a tablet model because many of the them caught fire, one actually on an airplane. That’s why the US FAA has banned all devices with Lithium batteries from checked luggage, on the theory that a fire in an airline cabin can be controlled, but not one in the cargo compartment. If you are that concerned you will have to give up having a mobile phone, because they all use Lithium batteries.

Mobile brand/model selection is an individual choice based on many parameters. Such as Money, Feature, Status, Aesthetic, Utility, User-Friendliness, Availability, Warranty Coverage, Service Support, Resale value, Technology and many other factors. Choose yours judiciously!
I don't expect anything from the service in Vietnam. they will push the responsibility on the user. I had it when I bought the airpod. They keep the product for 6 months until the warranty expires. service in vietnam is very bad

in vietnam we don't have apple facility. We also don't have good after-sales service like other countries. I only know how to use it and can't respond to non-apple store resellers
