My Apple ID along with my personal information was hacked, creating a nightmare that I believe to be unresolved due to some obvious statements from Life Lock. What do i do To get some resolve or documentation that could help me?
My Apple ID was hacked along with my personal identification credentials (ss #, bank info, ect). Life lock said they can’t help me as it Appeared that my information was being sold or something of the sorts. Every account I ever created was no longer accessible to me. New accounts I created would change password immediately after i created it, making it impossible to keep an account. My girlfriend was able to create accounts for me to use on a phone she had to buy… imagine watching someone/something controlling your phone while it’s in your hand. Setting screen time passcodes to lock you out. Or waking up to your phone locked out with a PUK Code. It was devastating. I screen Recorded to document. It’s in the cloud i cant Access under my old Apple ID. I had over 60 hours on the phone with apple support & 3 times in person.. It’s been over a year. How do i get some justice or resolve in this situation?
