Cannot sign in to Apple TV app on Fire TV Stick 4K

Hello,

I have a problem, I cannot in any way access my AppleTV account via a brand new 4K Fire TV Stick (bought this week). The error message that comes up on the screen (in Italian) is as follows:

"Verifica non riuscita

si sono verificati errori di accesso. Attendi e riprova."

which translated means this:

"Verification failed

login errors occurred. Please wait and try again."

This error has been appearing for several days and I can't log in, I have already tried the following solutions:

I have updated the Fire TV Stick 4k to the latest operating system which is "Fire OS 6.2.9.3"
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.
I tried clearing AppleTV cache and related data and doing a clean reinstallation

None of these attempts worked, so I assume that there is a bug in the Fire TV Stick 4k app, because I previously had another Fire TV stick (2020 model not 4k) and it never gave me problems accessing it.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. If you are having trouble signing in to Apple TV on the FireStick, you many need to generate an app-specific password for that device. This helps you to sign in to your Apple ID for services not made by Apple. You can find the steps to do so in the Apple Support article: Sign in to apps with your Apple ID using app-specific passwords - Apple Support

How to generate an app-specific password

1.Sign in to appleid.apple.com.

2.In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.

3.Select Generate an app-specific password or select the Add button, then follow the steps on your screen.

4.Enter or paste the app-specific password into the password field of the app.

Hi,

thanks for the help but does not work, exact same problem "verification failed, login errors occurred. Please wait and try again."

Absurd then that there is no method to access by code on smartphone/mac or other.
