Pill reminders not actually reminding me?

I set up pill reminder and it doesn't actually remind me. I double-checked. Then I redid all the steps. No reminder notifications.

Did that and it does not send me notifications. It is set to remind me at 1800. The logging function works but the reminder notification does not.

I did have dose reminder on with a time of day. But you're right to have me double-check. Your earlier comment on haptic only got me thinking some more about Health notifications in general and I wondered if no sound was really the only choice. To troubleshoot further, I toggled all notifications for Health off in the Settings>Notifications>Health. I restarted my phone. Then I toggled on notifications for Health in the same place. I got a pill notification with sound! In any case, thanks for discussion and you might want to adjust attributes of your notifications because they're a Sound toggle there.

I've actually been happy with the alerts occurring!

Have you checked in Health > Medications > Options (scroll down) ?

(I'm sure you have, but would be silly for me not to ask.)

I also wish that alerts had an option to appear in iPadOS and macOS as well - like iMessage. I usually have my phone with me but sometimes will be using another device and the phone upstairs or downstairs.
