Erase backups from family members from iCloud storage

I used to share iCloud storage with my wife, now exwife, and she no longer is using family sharing with iCloud storage, but there is still some GB of her backups storaged on iCloud.

is there any ways to erase those data/backups to free some space on my iCloud storage?

I mean, something I can do as owner of the iCloud storage account? I don’t want to ask her for anything….

thanks

Hey konradkoesling,

How long ago did she leave the Family Sharing group. There is a brief period after leaving a Family Sharing group where the user is able to purchase their own additional iCloud storage before their data is removed from the iCloud servers.

If it has been some time, over 30 days, contact Apple Support directly for assistance.
