Lost Contacts

Kept getting popup messages from Exchange asking for password. I thought that the Exchange server info was for my company email. The IS person at my company deleted the Exchange server so now I lost most of my contacts.

How do I get my old contacts back?

Contacts are neither stored on iPhone nor on SIM. They are synced to an email account that you may have added Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

Add the email account that stores your contacts in the IOS mail app and enable Contacts.

If you have a corporate email account added through a profile on your device, please check with your organisation's system administrator.
