Can iPhone 14 from America connect to Vodafone network in Ireland?
If I am to purchase an iPhone 14 in America would I be able to contact to my Vodafone network in Ireland.

Ask Vodaphone if they use eSIMs, the iPhones sold in the US do not have SIM card slots. Also the warranty won't be honored in Ireland, it's only valid in the country it was purchased.
If you're going to use it in Ireland, you really should purchase it in Ireland.
