I unsubscribed last year but I still received the bill

I can’t unsubscribe , I already unsubscribed last year but I still received the bill , and there is no options to unsubscribe

If you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

  • If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.

hello , there’s no option to cancel or unsubscribe, I already unsubscribed it last year, I bought it for 1 year , since 30th November 2021, so the expiring date is 30th November 2022, it’s still available now, but I already unsubscribed it last year ,I don’t want renew it , now I received the bill from apple , and I try to unsubscribe it again, but there is no option to unsubscribe, I already talked wit the customer service support of ExpressVPN, they said there is already no account with my email in their company,cause I already canceled it last year, and they said they found the bill is from apple , not from them, so I don’t know what happened,why I was asked to pay for an app that I already unsubscribed and I already canceled the account at the app company?
