I lost my iPhone 7 and my license ID. I purchased a new iPhone 12 and I used the same Apple iCloud ID on this new phone. Is any way to check if my stolen iPhone still linked / access to this Apple iCloud ID.

Log in to your AppleID at https://appleid.apple.com/. All your trusted devices (those signed into iCloud with your AppleID) are listed there. If a device is not listed there, then it is not associated with your AppleID.
