How to remove the Sims from your iPhone
How do I remove an East Sims from my iPhone SE

FYI: It is not an East SIM, it is an eSIM. An eSIM is software SIM and not a physical SIM card.
I understand that you would like to delete an eSIM. Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Tap on the eSIM you would like to Delete ➡️ Delete eSIM.
If the above is a physical SIM card, then you simply remove the SIM card from your iPhone by opening the SIM card tray.
