Hi although dictation is enabled and i have the mic on as well when i try to use it doesnt work. The mic pops up with a little x on top.

The Voice Message (Microphone) will only get activated for iMessage and not for SMS/MMS.
That means after you type in a Phone number or Apple ID in the "To:" field that has been registered for iMessage (Apple Devices) then the microphone icon will get activated for you to send Voice Messages
I am trying to use it on messenger and it worked 2days ago perfectly. Not sure what happened. I already restarted the phone several times. Turned off siri and back on again. Siri works but dictation is not working for some reason in any of the applications.
