On boot Ventura seems to disable all options on Touch ID which become turned off and greyed out. This is very much a problem when you use a Password manager (Enpass) as you have to resign-in for every access. Has anyone else found this problem? Also Bluetooth will no longer connect to my iPhgone 12

This Apple article may shed some light on use Touch ID
If the user has the External Touch ID Enable Apple Keyboard - the keyboard may need to be Cabled to the Computer and switched ON for the missing Touch ID Applet in System Preferences to Reappear
Sometimes - switching the Keyboard OFF and pause 10 seconds and On again make bring this Feature back to life.
