You can certainly buy the Apple Watch, but without an iPhone to set it up, you won’t be able to do a anything with it.

All of my music is on iTunes, and I just want to be able to listen to it on my watch, as well as get fitness tracking. I'm not going to buy a phone just to do that. Thanks for your help.
