2022 Appletv 4K won’t load movie library or music library. This started a couple of weeks ago. The latest Appletv won’t load my movie/tv library or music library. I just tried resetting and downloading the latest 6.2 software and it didn’t fix the issue. I The libraries work on all of my older Appletv 4k’s.

If it’s a 1st gen, you’re out of luck.

Those units don’t support the App Store construct needed to install additional applications.
