Pinned iMessage

Hey! Just curious if anyone knows why or what it means when one photo of my pinned messages is dimmed ? As you can see the 2 on the right are bright and full of colour and the 1 on the left is dull and faded. The original picture is bright and has been the same previously but recently the 2 icons on the left go faded sometimes?

It may just be a UI bug.
